How to Create Questions from a Excel File
STEP 1

STEP 2
Download the file template for creating questions by selecting Download the template.

STEP 3
Create questions by editing the downloaded template with Excel or other software.

Note:
The same template can also used to edit Questionnaire Cards. Please do not delete the Score (Column C) and Correct Answer Choices (Column D) columns.
Import Specification
If there is only one correct answer choice, the question is a Single Answer type; if there are multiple answers, the question will be a Multiple Answer type automatically.
If the answer choice is blank, the question will be an Free Answer type.
If a question has already been created, it will be added to the existing questions.
You can import up to 5 files at a time. (Files can be added later on.)
If there is a line with an incorrect description, the question may not be created as intended. (No errors will be displayed either.)
STEP 4
Import the file you've created, and if you are satisfied with the preview, select Create in this file to create the tests questions.

Actions that are unavailable when importing files
Images, audio, and video cannot be added through files. Please add them directly through the app.
Test information placed on the toolbar, such as changing settings for automatic scoring, aggregate results, and setting the shared range of respondent names, cannot be set or updated.
Questions cannot be set to "Questions" only.
"Allow respondents to add choices" cannot be set through a file.
Content of questions that have already been created cannot be edited.
